When you have a claim

Getting the policy is one job. The claim is another.

Harmony gets your coverage right and keeps it that way. But once a claim is open you are suddenly in a different conversation — adjusters, estimates, deadlines, and language nobody explained to you. That part has its own learning curve, and it is a different line of work from placing and managing coverage. Rather than leave people to figure it out alone, Harmony points them toward a company that does that work for a living.

Where Harmony ends and ClaimSpeak begins

ClaimSpeak is a separate company. It is not owned by, operated by, or affiliated with Harmony Financial, and Harmony receives no compensation of any kind when you use it. Harmony does not handle, file, negotiate, or adjust claims. A tool can help you understand a claim and organize it — it cannot promise an outcome, and neither can Harmony. Your policy language and your insurance company decide what gets paid.

If you are a Harmony client and something has happened, call your advisor anyway. Harmony can tell you what your policy says, what your coverages mean, and who to contact. Working the claim itself is a separate job — it sits between you and your insurance company, along with whatever help you decide to bring in.
